Storytelling Workshop description
Stories are not just told—they are co-created through the act of listening. Drawing on the concept of “storycatching,” this session will equip participants with the tools to listen responsively, recognize and honor the unspoken element of a story( such as tone, body language, and silences), and utilize strategies for re-telling individual, team, and organizational stories in a way that maintains integrity and amplifies the storyteller’s voice(s).
