Full course description

Teams can be more effective, or less, with changes to an array of factors that influence their overall success. Together with her colleagues, Lisa Stefanac, '09, Clinical Associate Professor of Leadership, reviewed more than 5,000 interviews on team effectiveness and conducted an exhaustive review of applicable academic research. They developed a model which is organized by five drivers of team effectiveness that apply equally well to a variety of complex teams of any size or sector, including management teams; functional and cross-functional teams; and operational, project, and virtual teams.

This live-online minicourse, led by Professor Stefanac, will provide you with an in-depth understanding of how teams function, as well as with a foundation for taking action in your own team settings.
