Together with her colleagues, Lisa Stefanac, '09, Clinical Associate Professor of Leadership, reviewed more than 5,000 interviews on team effectiveness and conducted an exhaustive review of applicable academic research. They developed a model which is organized by five drivers of team effectiveness that apply equally well to a variety of complex teams of any size or sector, including management teams; functional and cross-functional teams; and operational, project, and virtual teams.
